Some of the most important times I remember with my family were when my sisters and I were kids making crafts together around the kitchen table - and one of the best times we had was making friendship bracelets. Our Mom let us each invite a friend to come over and she taught us all how to make friendship bracelets. She had bought lots of embroidery yarn (floss) in wonderful colors - I especially remember purple - my favorite at that time.
